Important Terms & Cancellation Policy

Important Information:
- For the confirmation of the booking there will be a 50% Advance payment of the total amount of package which is non refundable- If the decoration is in Restaurant, Cafe or Hotel then there will be full advance payment - If there is any complaint, Customer should inform, Oye Balloons within 2 hours of the performance of the booking, otherwise case will not be considered- We do not use gas balloons. We use normal air balloons.
-The time you select is the decoration completion time 
-You will have to provide a stool or ladder / electricity to power the machine for decorations 
-It is advised to remove the balloons after the event is over. Keeping them for longer duration might result in mark
 

Cancellation & refund policy 
-If OyeBalloons fails to perform your booking due to unavoidable reasons, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded
- Once a package is booked and confirmed cancellation will not be possible. However rescheduling will be done for 2 months 
-If there are in the booking it should be informed a day prior of the date of event same day changes will not be entertained
